Good experienced teachers make excellent representatives and speakers. Their years of speaking to groups teach them how to keep their listeners' attention! Paul and Paula Jarot's careers as communicators started in 1986, teaching school in the Chicago area. Someone encouraged them to use their skills to further the gospel by teaching missionary children. Great idea! They loaded up their three young boys and went overseas.

After a number of years teaching at a school for missionary children in Papua New Guinea, the Jarots moved to Thailand to help establish a much-needed mission school there. When the doors of Grace International School opened, with joy the Jarots resumed teaching. As the years passed, they added two daughters to their family through the adoption of two Cambodian children.

Today the school they helped start has grown to serve 134 mission organizations which work in 17 Asian countries. Currently, Grace International School has 650 students from 27 countries.

Recently, the Jarots returned to Chicago, where they now serve as Ethnos360 representatives, speaking at churches, colleges and schools. Their passion for missionary children and foreign missions shines brightly as they promote missions and mobilize teachers. They love to explain the opportunities that abound for teachers desiring to work in traditional schools and for those that prefer coaching homeschool parents.
