Ayore Bible teachers encourage

Twelve Ayore Bible teachers from Bolivia traveled to Paraguay for a Bible conference. They will be teaching and encouraging the believers.

Missionaries Bruce and Alice Higham enjoyed the international gathering of believers and asked prayer that the Ayores in Paraguay will listen with increased fervor to their fellow tribesmen from Bolivia.

"Do pray that the Ayorés who hear their messages will respond," Bruce wrote.

Bruce and Alice also asked for prayer as they minister among the Ayore people while their co-workers are on home assignment. The three families that work among the Ayore in Paraguay will all be in the USA from June until August and the workload will increase for the Highams.

In June, a team from Connection Pointe Christian Church of Brownsburg, Indiana, will arrive to construct a multi-purpose building to be used for literacy classes, a library and a place to store the Ayore Bibles. The building will be next to the meeting place for the church services which will make it extremely useful.

"This team will be much appreciated," Bruce wrote, "and we are expecting great things from their investment of time and finances in this project."

Pray for Bruce and Alice as they minister among the Ayores. Praise God with us for the team coming in June to help while the Highams are without co-workers.
