Thirsty for the Truth

When missionary Kevin Case visited a Northern Tepehuan village in Mexico, he hoped to find someone to review his translation of the first half of Luke.

Tepehuan believer Cleotilde was not only available, she was thirsty. While she spent concentrated time in the Word, the Lord used Kevin’s Bible translation of Luke to build her up in her spirit.

Her family is struggling with extreme health issues, the poor choices some of their older children have made, and more, bringing Cleotilde into a deep time of discouragement.

“She shared with Kevin that working through the first part of Luke was a balm for her,” wrote missionary Wendy Case. “It never ceases to amaze us how God’s timing is brought to light.”
