Aviation - Safety & Quality Manager
Requirements:
· Advise Aviation senior staff regarding safety and quality standards. · Implement any corrective and preventative actions resulting from audits of training and competency activities · Demonstrate a positive commitment to NTM PNG’s safety policy and quality objectives. · Schedule and perform Dangerous Goods training to all relevant personnel.
The qualified Associate Applicant is required to have one year's experience in Safety and Quality Management.

Purpose: The purpose of the Aviation Safety & Quality Manager is to reach the unreached, plant and nurture churches that continually glorify God, and empower national leaders to do the same by ensuring that our personnel & cargo are transported safely and legally throughout PNG.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure compliance with aviation standards and regulations with CASA and NTM Aviation. · Conduct internal audits.
· Advise Aviation senior staff regarding safety and quality standards.
· Implement any corrective and preventative actions resulting from audits of training and competency activities
· Demonstrate a positive commitment to NTM PNG’s safety policy and quality objectives.
· Schedule and perform Dangerous Goods training to all relevant personnel.
