Building Maintenance-The Homes of Ethnos360
Requirements:
• Have a valid Florida Driver’s License, preferably a Class C license with air brakes
• Ability to learn, and willing to learn
• Physically fit for hard, strenuous work in hot, humid weather
For the individual applying for Associate Membership, one year's experience in building maintenance or a related position is required.

Purpose: The Homes of Ethnos360 exists to provide attractive, affordable, efficient, and economical housing for our retired Ethnos360 personnel who apply to live at The Homes of Ethnos360, on a space available basis. In addition, The Homes of Ethnos360 exists to provide a nurturing and caring environment, attempting to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of its residents, within staff and facility capabilities.
Responsibilities: Primary duties include carpentry repairs, remodeling and new construction. This may include assisting the director/coordinator and the staff team in maintaining The Homes housing and equipment. This includes roofing; siding; tile; concrete work; plumbing; electrical; use of commercial power equipment for facility maintenance; installing cabinets, trim, windows and doors; drywall installation; and willingness to do anything asked of you.
