Business System Analyst
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Administration or equivalent training. Patience and willingness to learn NetSuite and to understand our support processes. Maintain a growing relationship with Christ and a willingness to work with a diverse team.
A minimum of 1 year experience in customizing ERP systems and experience in accounting, procurement, inventory management, retail, or payroll.

Purpose: To glorify God and assist in establishing mature churches equipped for maturity and multiplication among the least reached people groups by maintaining our ERP-System (NetSuite).
Responsibilities:
- Support the ongoing customization of NetSuite as a member of our Business Office. Gather and analyze requirements from different support teams (supply, aviation, accounting) and configure our ERP system based on their needs.
- Provide first and second level support for our ERP key users.
- Administrate roles and permissions, customize reports.
- Help our IT team to connect external applications and to implement workflows across our organization.
- Willingness to help in other areas of the Business Office if needed.
- Begin your ministry in PNG with culture and language training.
