Chaplain
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a born-again Christian, demonstrate a Christ-like testimony and have served in a pastoral or associate pastoral role for a minimum of 3 years. Must possess Christian leadership abilities. Ability to develop a rapport with children, teens and adults. Prefer a married couple so that the spouse can provide appropriate support.
Strongly Preferred: A 4-year commitment. Seminary graduate. Degree or experience in Christian/Biblical Counseling (Pastoral or Marriage & Family) Minimum of 2-years counseling experience. Experience in administrative and/or leadership roles.
