Requirements:
AA degree in Early Childhood Education or 1 year experience in childcare required. Must be joyfully willing to work with children and pass a background check.

2. Assist room leader with care/teaching responsibilities
3. Accountability: Abuse is nearly zero when two unrelated adults are present

- Communication with kids, lead teacher, parents & Coordinator
