Requirements:
AA degree in Early Childhood Education or 1 year experience in childcare required. Must be joyfully willing to work with children and pass a background check.

Purpose: Childcare Assistant Teachers enable Candidate Families to receive excellent training, by helping ensure quality care for all children in the class, assisting the Lead Teacher with the teaching responsibilities, and providing accountability as a precaution against abuse.
Responsibilities: Care for children, assist with planning, preparation. Fill in for Lead Teacher if needed. Must be able to communicate well with the kids and parents.
