Requirements:
AA Degree in Early Childhood Education or 1 year experience in Childcare is required. Must be joyfully willing to work with children and pass a background check.

Purpose: Childcare Lead Teachers provide stability, consistency, and structure for the Missionary Candidates' children in the childcare program, by engaging and encouraging kids, parents, and coworkers. Also, by doing so, they enable the moms to receive the needed training to thrive in their future ministries.
Responsibilities: Care for children, plan daily routines & prepare age-appropriate activities. Must be able to communicate well with the kids, parents, assistants & coordinator.
