Requirements:
Master's Degree in education administration or educational leadership. (preferred)
Principal/administrative certificate. (State or ACSI) Thorough knowledge of best practices. Leads with a high degree of professionalism and integrity. Adheres to the school's procedures and policies. Excellent organization and communication skills. Evangelical Christian.
5 years teaching and or administrative experience.

Responsibilities: The Director/Principal of a K-8 Campus is responsible for the spiritual, academic, physical and social welfare of the Academy. He/she is the administrative head of the Academy and oversees the proper and efficient operation of that Academy.
