Purpose: The purpose of the NCA Administrator in NTM PNG is to reach the unreached, plant and nurture churches that continually glorify God, and empower national leaders to do the same by supporting parents in providing a Christ-centered education for their children.
Responsibilities: · Serve as the chairperson of the NMT
· Serve as the official spokesperson for the school
· Engage in long-term planning for the school
· Serve as the staff recruitment point person for NTM PNG Personnel and sending entities.
