Purpose: To provide training to qualified personnel who may serve as an education consultant overseas.
Responsibilities: Prepare future consultants to assist and care for families with their educational needs in an overseas setting. Share overseas realities regarding all educational options. Explain educational resources available through the Educational Resource Center.
