Elementary School Interventionist
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and teacher training required.
Teacher training and understanding of the progression of content across grade levels in the area of intervention. Flexibility and willingness to change plans based on the needs of students. Strong collaboration skills and willingness to submit to the decisions of the student support team. Preferred experience with intervention materials, including but not limited to Fountas and Pinnell Leveled Literacy Intervention for reading.

Purpose: The purpose of the school is to equip students for life through academic excellence and the development of Christian faith and character; enabling them to live out that truth in every area of their lives. The purpose of Ethnos360 is to assist the local church in planting churches among least reached people groups.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to work with the ESS coordinator, classroom teacher, and ESD principal to understand, support, and evaluate student needs.
- Be able to work with testing results, classroom curriculum resources, and intervention materials as needed.
- Be able to work with classroom teachers to support students both in and out of the regular classroom.
- Be able to communicate well with teachers and parents the needs of identified students.
- Be flexible and able to adapt to new curriculum and new learning issues as they arise in the classroom setting.
