1. Preferably a member of Ethnos360
2. Have a valid Florida Driver’s License, preferably a Class C license with air brakes
3. Experience in operation of heavy equipment
4. Ability to learn, and willing to learn
5. Physically fit for hard, strenuous work in hot, humid weather
6. Skills to teach safety in relation to working around heavy equipment
Scheduled Hours:
1. 40+ Hour Work Week
2. Hours are generally 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
3. Attendance is expected at monthly staff meetings.
4. Full time staff are expected to attend chapel services on Tuesday and Friday mornings unless scheduled for something else by their supervisor.
5. Staff couples living on the Homes property take a one-week at a time turn on “security duty” as it rotates through the staff. During this week the couple is responsible to answer the Homes phone from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am Monday through Friday, all day on Saturday, Sunday and/or on a holiday day during that week.
6. Occasional ALF duties are expected of some Homes staff.
7. Partnership Development / Vacation time is 30 workdays a year, usually based on a couple/single serving as part of the staff team. (15 days Partnership Development & 15 days of vacation).

In addition, The Homes of Ethnos360 exists to provide a nurturing and caring environment, attempting to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of its residents, within staff and facility capabilities.

Primary Duties include general maintenance, operation, and safety protocols of the backhoe, mini excavator, tractors, etc. This includes assisting with construction, maintenance, and grounds work as the tasks demand.
It is our desire at The Homes of Ethnos360 to be servants of the Lord. This may include many varied tasks. We need staff, willing to do “whatever it takes” to accomplish this goal of serving. “For ye serve the Lord Christ.”.
Responsibilities: Specific Duties:
1. Check equipment before each use.
2. Lube equipment as needed.
3. Maintain and teach staff, volunteers and employees proper safety protocols while working around equipment.
4. Operate equipment as needed in the operation of The Homes, in construction, maintenance or grounds work.
5. Recommend to the Director of Facilities Operations any changes of equipment needed.
6. Coordinate with the mechanic any equipment malfunctions and assist in the repair if possible.
7. Inform the Director of Facilities Operations of any issues with the equipment that need to be addressed.
