Field Security Team

Purpose: The purpose of the Field Security Team in NTM PNG is to reach the unreached, plant and nurture churches that continually glorify God, and empower national leaders to do the same by overseeing the security functions of NTM PNG and assisting leadership in emergency situations.
Responsibilities: · Oversight of safety training, assessing security risks, and advising NTM PNG members and leadership.
· Build and maintain information network.
· Coordinate all Area Risk Assessments annually.
· Develop and update security plans and protocols based on Risk Assessments.
· Write and send security updates regularly.
· Participate in Crisis Management Teams as necessary.
· Coordinate relief help when the FLT decides this is appropriate.
