Purpose: Dakar Academy seeks a Finance Manager to oversee the school’s financial health and operational systems across all campuses. This leader will support the mission by ensuring fiscal responsibility, managing budgets and reporting, strengthening operational workflows, and contributing to long-term strategic planning within a Christ-centered environment.
Responsibilities: To manage budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance; assist with daily operational systems including procurement, transportation, and support services; lead financial planning and audits; supervise operations staff; and support strategic initiatives and accreditation readiness.
