Preferred Qualifications:
State teaching certification.
ACSI Certification.
College Board–approved AP History training.
AP History teaching experience.

Purpose: Dakar Academy seeks a passionate High School History Teacher to instruct grades 9–12 using a North American curriculum and a Christ-centered approach. This teacher will design engaging lessons, promote critical thinking, and support students’ academic and spiritual growth as they prepare for higher education and lifelong learning.
Responsibilities: To teach high school history courses, plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess learner progress, integrate a Christian worldview into instruction, and collaborate with staff to support student success.
