Requirements:
• Physical mobility is necessary.
• Physically able to work with moderately heavy equipment such as a vacuum cleaner.
• Willingness to be exposed to hazards such as cleaning chemicals, broken glass, etc.
• Ability and willingness to follow written instructions.
• Respect for each resident's right to privacy.
• Self-motivated and self-directed regarding responsibilities of this position.
• Patience and good interpersonal relationship skills.

Purpose: The Homes of Ethnos360 exists to provide attractive, affordable, efficient, and economical housing for our retired Ethnos360 personnel who apply to live at The Homes of Ethnos360, on a space available basis. In addition, The Homes of Ethnos360 exists to provide a nurturing and caring environment, attempting to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of its residents, within staff and facility capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Lead and organize the housekeeping team, train new team members, clean rooms, do laundry, interact with residents, maintain a servant’s heart being available to help with whatever’s necessary.
