Purpose: Dakar Academy seeks an HR Administrator to support staff recruitment and onboarding across all campuses. This role ensures clear communication with applicants, manages documentation and applicant files, and facilitates a smooth process from initial inquiry through arrival in Dakar—strengthening the mission by helping bring qualified, mission-aligned staff to serve families across West Africa.
Responsibilities: To support full-cycle recruitment, communicate with applicants, maintain organized candidate records, manage onboarding processes, and assist the HR Manager with placement decisions and staffing needs.
