HR Member Care Coordinator

Requirements:
Mature Christian experience, sound judgement, and professional skill, Philosophy of life and lifestyle that aligns with the policies, objectives, and doctrinal position of Faith Academy, Active participant in a local church, The ability to work with minimum supervision, The ability to work well with others, exhibit good judgment in decision making, and be familiar with and comfortable in a “missions” and educational environment, The capacity to be a perceptive and empathetic listener; proven ability to be a team player, Displays both warmth and professionalism and a quality of spirit that is reflected in a growing relationship with God and a God-honoring relationship with others, A commitment to Faith Academy’s mission and vision, A commitment to serve God, trusting Him to provide for the needs of Faith Academy, and to pray faithfully for the staffing needs and for the staff God provides

Purpose: The purpose of the school is to equip students for life through academic excellence and the development of Christian faith and character; enabling them to live out that truth in every area of their lives. The purpose of Ethnos360 is to assist the local church in planting churches among least reached people groups.
Responsibilities:
The HR Member Care Coordinator works as part of the HR Team and works closely with the HRD in seeking to provide care for our incoming and current staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB
  • New Staff: The MCC will be the point person for initial questions and making sure the first few weeks run as smoothly as possible. 
  • Long-Term Staff: The MCC works closely with the HR Team in surveying and evaluating the retention and sustainability of staff members.
  • Staff Assistance: Arrange for (or be) the point person to help individual staff as needs arise.
  • Housing Facilitator: Faith Academy leases multiple properties (houses as well as condominiums) for the express purpose of providing housing for staff.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain a list of available housing in the surrounding area for staff as a courtesy.
  • Collecting information that could be used for Member Care.
Duration: 1 Year - Career
People Needed: 1
2 year minimum commitment is preferred.
