Purpose: Missionary Kid Care Team - Care Coordinator
Responsibilities: One of the core elements of the Ethnos360 MK Care Team is called CARE which represents our desire to assist our Ethnos360 MKs and their parents by providing care and support through care-focused events and visits.
Tasks include coordinating MK and family in-person/virtual visit opportunities both in the USA and on the mission field; coordinating our MK Care events such as the annual MK Retreats and one-day gatherings; management of the MK Care Team Email; and coordination of our one-on-one assistance tools such as CernySmith, Coaching and Debriefs.
