Purpose: Missionary Kid Care Team - Community Coordinator
Responsibilities: One of the core elements of the Ethnos360 MK Care Team is called COMMUNITY which represents our belief that direct connections between our Ethnos360 families/MKs are extremely helpful in fighting isolation, which is very common in cross-cultural ministry and lifestyle. The Community Coordinator helps the MK Care Team foster these important connections.
Tasks include developing and managing a strategy for maintaining this unique community. this can include but is not limited to the management of community platforms such as Facebook groups, regular group video chats, small groups, and utilization of other social media platforms.
