Requirements:
Ethnos360 Training
1. Has the desire and ability to mentor/disciple
2. Growing relationship with the Lord, pursuing growth in their walk with Him
3. Skilled and intentional in building relationships with students with generational and cultural differences.
4. Willingness and ability to discuss and apply biblical principles to sensitive areas of life with students
5. Ability to empathize for the purpose of moving forward in their relationship with Christ
6. Good relating to people one-on-one, with active listening skills
7. Ability to help students connect present life situations to their future ministry context
8. Displays a learner's attitude
9. Is comfortable being vulnerable with students about their own life with discernment and discretion.

Responsibilities:
- Weekly mentoring meetings with student/couple working through their self-assessment and subsequent growth plan.
- Assessment of student/couple and writing of the final summary.
- Monthly mentor meetings.
- Hosting/informal time with student/couple.
