Requirements:
A high level of knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
· Heavy Diesel/Automotive Mechanics
· HVAC/Refrigeration tech
· Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
· Solar Electric · Construction / carpentry
· Residential / Commercial electrical
· Water systems
· Project management
· Training planning & management

Purpose: The purpose of the Tech Services Members in NTM PNG is to reach the unreached, plant and nurture churches that continually glorify God, and empower national leaders to do the same by providing research & development, project management, training ex-pat and national citizens, technical consultations, and technical repairs, allowing teams to focus on church development goals.
Responsibilities:
· Research of projects, vehicles, tools, etc as requested by the Team Manager
· Oversight of assigned projects
· Train citizen employees in the area in which they are skilled
· Provide oversight and accountability throughout the training process
· Coordinate with the Tech Services Manager and local leadership to evaluate and meet goals for the center.
