• Must have a degree in Computer Science or a related Information Technology field, A+ certification, or equivalent work experience

Purpose: The Technology Compliance Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all technology‑related compliance efforts across the organization. This role ensures that Ethnos360 follows financial, healthcare, and organizational compliance requirements (such as HIPAA, ECFA standards and privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA). This role also oversees compliance with payment and funds‑transfer standards, including PCI DSS and NACHA. It ensures that Ethnos360 aligns with cybersecurity best practices such as NIST and CIS Critical Security Controls. The person in this role works in partnership with IT staff, finance staff, and ministry stakeholders. This role promotes the secure, compliant, and accountable use of technology that enables Ethnos360 to assist the local church in planting mature churches among least reached people groups.

- Strong Christian who is part of a local church community and who agrees to Ethnos360’s doctrinal statements
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 services and applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems
- Willing to contribute ideas to assist in process improvement and be an approachable team player
- Ability to understand and apply principles, theories, and concepts of information technology in their daily work activities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion
- Ability to follow instructions, routines, and best practices in daily work with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to continually learn and improve in technological and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable effective collaboration within the IT Division
