Requirements:
Managerial Experience is preferred.

Purpose: The purpose of the Centre Management in NTM PNG is to reach the unreached, plant and nurture churches that continually glorify God, and empower national leaders to do the same by effectively managing the facilities and personnel at our various centres.
Responsibilities: · Oversight of the centre, including managing the facility and physical plant, centre security, guesthouse, supply, member care of those on-centre and NTM PNG members working in related departments.
· Responsible for community relations.
· Responsible for assisting, affirming, coaching, caring, training, encouraging, and developing the training of citizen employees in centre operations (maintenance, building, etc) and centre security.
· Manage departmental personnel by providing both leadership and accountability for proper function within the organization/department/team.
