Renovating to Train, Training to Reach the Unreached

At the Ethnos360 Training Center, our mission is clear: to equip cross-cultural church planters who will bring the gospel to people groups who have never heard. To fulfill this calling, we must ensure our campus facilities support this vital training. The Renovate to Reach campaign focuses on three key areas.

Housing

Equipping students with cross-cultural church planting methodology is essential for establishing mature churches in complex contexts. Our facilities play a crucial role in this preparation. Unfortunately, many of our 50-year-old housing units are in need of major renovation. Some are no longer functional, limiting our capacity to welcome new students and staff.

Without adequate housing, we cannot train and send missionaries, leaving unreached people groups without the hope of the gospel. Renovating housing will enable us to operate at full capacity and equip more students for the task ahead.

Vision Center

Currently, we lack a dedicated space to be effective in introducing guests to the foundational approach of church planting that drives Ethnos360. The Vision Center will change that by providing a centralized area to explain the realities of cross-cultural church planting through interactive experiences. Guests will gain insight into language learning, cultural understanding and the long-term commitment required to establish thriving churches.

We have identified a building on our campus suitable for this purpose, but it requires extensive renovation. Your gifts will enable us to transform this space into a hub for learning and mobilization, inspiring others to pray, give or go.

Facilities

Beyond housing and the Vision Center, our campus facilities need significant upgrades to support our training program. This includes renovating classrooms and office space, upgrading information technologies, replacing worn out maintenance equipment and improving infrastructure. Overhauling these systems is essential to keep equipping students to reach the unreached.
