God's Word convicts

A matter that had unsettled the Dinangat church for several months has now been settled.

One of the Bible teachers had been dealing with an issue and sought to resolve it through the local court system.  This resulted in some bitterness among some believers.

The overall situation presented good opportunities for discipleship as it appeared the Bible teacher was about to disqualify himself from ministry. But after much discussion and looking at Scripture the teacher “had a complete change of heart and had reconciled.”

He apologized to the church saying, "I desire to follow God's word exactly and not be disqualified."

“What a joy to see him turn,” wrote missionaries Gary and Esther Smith.

Please pray that this Bible teacher will continue to walk with the Lord and that the church will learn and grow through this experience.
