"One year ago Cori [Gervasi] and I boarded a little Cessna and soared over Borneo’s forested mountains, on our way to begin ministry in the Sekadau tribe," wrote Naomi Christenson. "The plane bumped itself to a stop on the little dirt airstrip, and as we stepped out onto the packed yellow dirt we knew that our lives were about to change. One year later, nameless faces have become good friends. Co-workers have become like family. Unintelligible babble has become comprehensible conversation. And a strange new culture has become understandable. The Lord has abundantly given the grace and strength to adapt and enjoy life here!" Please thank the Lord with Naomi and Cori for their ministry among the Sekadau people.
