Vocational
- Training or a minimum of one year experience consistent with the position. Teachers should be credentialed or qualify for credentials, and have one year of classroom teaching experience.
- Attend seven- to 10-day Pre-Field Orientation (PFO).
Personal
- Assurance of salvation by faith in Jesus Christ
- Agreement with Ethnos360's statement of faith
- Desire to be part of a team effort to evangelize unreached people groups
- High moral character with positive references
- A personal lifestyle free from destructive behaviors such as drug and alcohol abuse or pornography.
- Involvement in a local church, and the backing of its leadership
- No unsecured debt such as credit card debt. Pre-existing school loans up to $30,000 may be acceptable
- Good physical, emotional and mental health including obtaining required vaccinations*
- Willingness to trust God for financial and material needs
- Willingness to serve from six months to four years (two-year minimum preferred for teachers)
